When you are asked by an agency to find an umbrella company there is often little or no explanation as to why it’s necessary. Umbrella employment enables workers on short term contracts and assignments to get paid without being included in the end clients or agencies' payroll.

We will engage with your agency or client invoicing, collecting funds on your behalf.

As an Odyssey employee, you will have an employment contract that provides you with all the statutory employment benefits such as Sick, Holiday, and Maternity pay.

Every time we receive funds for you, we take care of the tax and National Insurance obligations, then make a net payment to you.

Through our handy portal, you will be able to see the process from start to finish and access all your payslips.
